Consistent Cashflow Stocks

Stocks, while a great investment to make more money over time, can often struggle to provide consistent cash flow to an investors pockets. That is, if you’re not investing in stocks with high dividends.

Stocks like Verizon and JPMorgan give anywhere from 2-6% of their shares as dividends per year, paid quarterly. These high-yield dividend stocks product more consistent cash flow among the uncertainty of the stock market while also giving you an opportunity to increase your money through appreciation. For example, JPMorgan grew by ~30% over the last year, whilst still giving increasing dividends to their investors.

It’s important to find high-divided stocks, however, that are relatively consistent. If a high-divided stock is volatile (prone to higher risk or movement), it may require lots more research and due diligence before you can comfortably invest.

Here’s my current 5 favorite high-divided stocks that you can invest in.

Verizon:

Although Verizon has had slight volatility in the market, their > 6% divided yields are nothing short of consistent. At a time where 5G streaming has never been important, Verizon looks like it could be a possible staple in producing consistent cashflows for the beginner investor.

Altria:

Don’t be fooled by the drop of cigarette stock due to the vaping market temporarily taking over. With Altria’s 8% dividend yields, new delves into tabacco-free alternatives, and an increasing suspicion of vaping products and flavors, Altria is far from gone.

AT&T:

After beating market expectations, AT&T’s high-dividends, reliable market share, wireless and subscriber based payment models, and 5G methods will make this stock one to watch for.

Pfizer:

With a new partnership underway alongside a nearly 6% dividend yield, this pharmecuticals company will have you reaching for your pockets because they’ll be too full.

Coca Cola:

Consistently dominating the market is one thing, but doing it all while also having a high-dividend yield with a wide net of safety for risk? That’s Coca Cola, my last and possibly favorite on this list (besides Verizon).
